To ensure your holiday is memorable, we are happy to work with you to put together a great experience to meet with your requirements.

Unexpected illness or injury can occur to any of us. We highly recommend that all of our clients purchase Travel Insurance for both domestic and international travel. We also suggest you check that your policy covers you for unexpected expenses that may arise. For New Zealanders we recommend Southern Cross Travel Insurance.

Early Bird Special 

• Early Bird offering ends 15 March 2024. Deposit to secure this rate and place on the retreat nis due by 15 March 24.

• Full payments by 30 April 2024.

 

Regular payments

• Regular rates apply from 16 March 2024.

• Full payments to be received by 30 April 2024.

Refund policy

• NZ$500 deposit non-refundable. 

• Full payments will be advised as per first invoice which cover deposits. 

• Cancellation 30 days prior to retreat day - no refund.

• Cancellation up to 60 days prior to retreat day - 50% refund of amount paid.
